What is the Caremark Maintenance Choice Program?
Caremark Maintenance Choice is a program that lets you easily fill your 90-day prescriptions from retail pharmacy locations instead of through the mail. Kroger is the first grocery pharmacy in the network.
How Do I know if I Qualify?
If eligible for the program, you should receive a notification through your employer’s pharmacy benefits.
How Do I Use it?
Patients can use the program at any of the Kroger Company’s family of pharmacies by presenting their prescription drug card at checkout.

Copay Card
A copay card, also known as a copay assistance card or copay savings program, is a coupon provided by drug manufacturers to reduce out-of-pocket costs for specific brand name medications. Typically applied after insurance coverage, the savings are applicable only if the medication is covered by insurance, except for those with Medicare and Medicaid coverage. To obtain a copay card, visit the drug manufacturer’s website for enrollment details. Once acquired, present the card along with your insurance card at the pharmacy, and the pharmacist will inform you of the reduced out-of-pocket costs.
