Regione Puglia is known for its simple and genuine ingredients, given by the land and the sea. It's here where Burrata traces back its humble origins to the early 1900s. Once considered a 'poor' dairy product produced using mozzarella scraps, this cheese is now prized for its soft, creamy, buttery texture. Combined with slow roasted tomatoes and fresh basil, it makes for a truly decadent pasta filling.
