La Brea Bakery® Seeded Take & Bake Sourdough Rolls
Hearth-baked rolls made with La Brea Bakery starter and a variety of seeds. The flavor profile is that of toasted seeds and sourdough notes. The bread rolls are square shapedand golden brown with seeds throughout. The bottom is lightly dusted with semolina. The interior is soft and shows the open cell structure typical of well-fermented bread dough.
- Distributed as frozen, prepackaged 6 rolls per fully sealed retail bag.
