We don't cook our honey at high temperatures because high heat kills all the good stuff that makes honey so extraordinary. Instead, we gently warm and strain the raw honey so it can be poured and bottled. Each batch is also tested for a high pollen count and clean read from pesticides, herbicides and antibiotics before going into your bottle.
