Pamela''s Organic Cassava Flour can be used for Paleo, gluten-free, and grain-free recipes. Our Cassava Flour is ground from dried cassava root (yuca). To add a more delicate texture to baked goods, replace 1/4 cup or more of the flour called for in your favorite recipes with our Cassava Flour. This flour works well combined with our All Purpose Flour Artisan Blend in muffins, cakes, and quick breads, or can be used on its own in many of your favorite recipes. Suggested use: replace 1 cup of flour called for in your recipe with 3/4 cup Cassava Flour.
