Leah Adint | Chateau Ste. Michelle – Red Winemaker
As a recipient of the Chateau Ste. Michelle scholarship, Leah graduated Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Viticulture & Enology. Following college, she worked several vineyard and winery internships in California before earning her master’s degree in Oenology from the University of Adelaide in 2012. Joining the team in 2015 as a Traveling Winemaker, Leah is now Red Winemaker at Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Canoe Ridge Estate red winery in Eastern Washington.
Dana Stemmler | Bogle – Winemaker
Dana graduated UC Davis in 2005 with degrees in Viticulture and Enology. After an internship at Mumm Napa working with sparkling wines, she joined the Bogle team in 2006 and quickly proved herself as enologist. Dana’s been instrumental in maintaining Bogle’s quality through tremendous growth. Whether ten barrels or a hundred, her determination and attention to detail keep Bogle wines showing beautifully each vintage.
Jane Bowie | Marker’s Mark® Bourbon – Director of Innovation
Kentucky native and bourbon expert Jane Bowie has been part of the Maker’s Mark® family for over a decade. Leading one of the industry’s pioneering spirits programs, the Maker’s Mark Wood Finishing Series, Jane spearheads every aspect of the experience – from wood and barrel education to the development of new limited release bourbons.
Pauline Lhote | Chandon – Winemaker
From grape to glass, winemaker Pauline Lhote is responsible for every part of the winemaking process. While earning a national diploma of winemaking in Reims, she gained hands-on experience at Moët & Chandon where she focused on crafting rosé champagnes. At just 34 years old and now heading into her 13th harvest at Chandon California, Pauline has been hailed as a female leader in the industry.

Head winemaker since 1995, Jennifer is the one responsible for the signature wine style that remains the driving force behind Barefoot. Dedicated to innovation and creating wines for every taste and occasion, Barefoot brand is the largest bottled wine brand in the world, encompassing a diverse collection of more than 30 wines and throughout 50 countries.
Tracy Thompson | Mark Anthony Group – Global Director of Quality
Getting her Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph, Tracy started her career working as an environmental engineer at a major brewery in Canada over 20 years ago. Since then, she’s worked in a variety of roles including brewing, engineering and her current role as Global Director of Quality. She’s passionate about producing a world class, quality beverage that’ll delight consumers on every occasion.
Jessica Chen | Bulleit Frontier Whiskey – Lead Project Manager
Jessica Chen is bringing sustainability to Bulleit Frontier Whiskey. As lead project engineer, Jessica is responsible for building what she calls a “distillery of the future” and combating climate change through technology. Whether she’s developing and managing plans to make the distillery as efficient as possible or choosing the right team of future bourbon production experts, Jessica enjoys pushing traditional boundaries in distillation and engineering.
