While you can still enjoy the benefits you know and love as a Kroger Plus member, we’ve added more choice around how you can be rewarded for being a loyalty program member. We’ve renamed Fuel Points to Points to reflect the increased choice in rewards! You can continue to redeem your Points for discounts at the fuel pump or choose to redeem your Points for rewards cash, which equates to dollars off your next purchase. Your Points, your choice!

Redemption of points for rewards cash, in addition to fuel discounts, is currently limited to certain participating Kroger stores. Loyalty program members that redeem points at Columbus stores, Dillons stores, Baker’s stores, Gerbes Stores or in Oklahoma City and Florida markets, for a limited time may redeem their points for rewards cash.

A Kroger Plus loyalty program membership is required to start earning Points, as well as unlock other benefits when you shop at Gerbes Super Markets! Signing up for a Kroger Plus loyalty program account is FREE, and gives you access to exclusive member-only specials, offers, promotions, and sales. You’ll earn Points on all eligible Gerbes Super Markets transactions, which can be redeemed for fuel discounts or rewards cash. You can only redeem Points for rewards cash through your Digital Account, either on our website or mobile app. If you do not have a Digital Account, sign up here.

At the Kroger Family of stores, you can access your Kroger Plus loyalty membership at checkout by typing in your alternate id on the pin-pad, scanning your digital card UPC (via the Gerbes Super Markets App under "My Info") or by scanning your physical Kroger Plus loyalty card. Only purchases of eligible items made with your Loyalty ID or Loyalty Card from The Kroger Family of Stores are eligible for Points.

To link your Shopper’s Card to your digital account, sign in to your digital account and go to the “Profile Information” section. Next, under "Shopper’s Card Number,” select "Edit." Once your Shopper’s Card information has been added to your digital account, you’ll be able to redeem your Points for rewards cash and load offers directly to your Card.

• Rewards Cash: Redeem your Points for rewards cash to save when you shop at Gerbes Super Markets. rewards cash will apply as dollars off your next Gerbes Super Markets purchase. rewards cash is redeemable in 100-Point increments. (100 Points = $1 Dollar Off). Limit of 1,000 Points per day can be redeemed for rewards cash.
• Fuel Discount: You can continue to redeem Points for fuel discounts at the pump. Fuel redemption rules will continue to apply as they do today (100 Points = 10 cents off per gallon of fuel). To learn more about redeeming Points for a fuel discount, visit the FAQs here.

You can see how many Points you have earned or have been applied to your purchase on your receipt. You can also check your Points balance on our website or mobile app.

On desktop, access by clicking “My Account” and then “Points Summary.” You will be able to see when you have earned and redeemed Points for savings at Gerbes Super Markets. Here is where you will also be able to redeem Points for rewards cash. In the Gerbes Super Markets app, click the menu in the top right corner and access “My Account” under “My Info.”

Earn Points any way you shop, whether that by in-store, or online with Pickup or Delivery. Ship-to-home orders placed through Instacart Marketplace are not eligible.

• Groceries: Earn 1 Point on each dollar spent on most groceries. Be on the lookout for special Point Events and offers to earn even more! Alcohol, fluid milk and milk products are excluded in some states where required. Tobacco, money orders, postage stamps, product deposits (if applicable) promotional tickets, tax and fees (including pickup and delivery fees) are excluded from earning Points. Fuel at Kroger Company Family of Stores Fuel Centers do not earn Points.
• Gift Cards: Earn 2 Points for each $1 spent on most gift cards. Kroger Family of Stores Gift Cards, Amazon Gift Cards, ALL PREPAID RELOADABLE DEBIT CARDS (Green Dot®, MoneyPaks®), ALL FINANCIAL VARIBALE LOAD CARDS (Mastercard® & Visa®), fuel retailer gift cards, Wireless Phones & Airtime cards are excluded.

Only purchases of eligible items made with your Shopper’s Card from The Kroger Family of Stores are eligible for Points. Excludes fuel purchases, Kroger Family of Store gift cards, Amazon Gift Cards, ALL PREPAID RELOADABLE DEBIT CARDS (Green Dot®, MoneyPaks®), ALL FINANCIAL VARIBALE LOAD CARDS (Mastercard® & Visa®), fuel retailer gift cards, Wireless Phones & Airtime cards, lottery, mail-order services, money orders, postage stamps, product deposit (if applicable), service fees (including Pickup and Delivery), promotional tickets, tax, and tobacco. Alcohol, fluid milk and milk products are excluded in some areas. Pharmacy exclusions apply.

There is no limit to the number of Points that you can earn each month. Redemption of Points for rewards cash has a daily limit of 1,000 Points per day.

Boost members receive free delivery within 2 hours on ALL orders of $35 or more for Boost ($99) and free next day delivery on orders of $35 or more* for Boost ($59).

Points expire the last day of the month after they are earned. For example, Points earned in May expire on June 30th. Monthly balances do not combine across months – each month is a separate earning period.

To redeem Points for rewards cash, select REDEEM POINTS under your preferred Point bank. The minimum value needed to redeem for rewards cash is 100 Points. Toggle to determine the amount of Points you would like to redeem, redeemable in 100 Point increments. Once you click CONFIRM, your offer will automatically apply on your next transaction.

Before redeeming Points for rewards cash, you will have to select to redeem from either your Prior or Current Month Point balance.

The minimum Point value needed to redeem for rewards cash is 100 Points. rewards cash can be redeemed in 100-point increments based on the amount of Points a customer would like to redeem. For example, 100 Points can be redeemed for $1 rewards cash, 200 Points can be converted to $2 rewards cash, etc.

You can redeem up to 1,000 Points per day for rewards cash. This maximum redemption limit per day applies across Prior and Current Month point banks. For example, you can redeem 700 Points from Prior Month and 300 Points from Current Month to reach the maximum daily limit. Or, if you redeem 1,000 points from your Prior Month, you cannot redeem from Current Month Points until the next day.

This daily Point redemption limit is only applicable to redeeming Points for rewards cash. You can redeem up to 1,000 Points in a day on dollars off groceries and then redeem remaining points for a fuel discount at the pump in the same day.

Yes, can use some of your Points for a fuel discount, and some for rewards cash. For example, if you have 600 Points and you want to redeem 400 Points for rewards cash and 200 Points for a fuel discount, you can do this in the same day, week, month – whenever you want! Your Points, your choice.

Once you have redeemed a select Point amount for rewards cash, you will NOT be able to convert these back to Points.

The current rewards cash experience is only accessible with a Digital Account. If you do not have a Digital Account and access to Gerbes Super Markets via browser or app, you will still be able to enjoy redeeming Points for fuel savings at the pump. You can sign up for a Digital Account here.

There is no limit to the amount of rewards cash that is applied as dollars off groceries on a transaction. Any remaining rewards cash balance after you complete your transaction will be printed on your receipt, and the remaining balance will apply to your next qualifying transaction.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for rewards cash to apply as dollars off groceries on a transaction.

Rewards cash expires the last day of the month after the redeemed Points were earned. For example, rewards cash redeemed from May Points will expire the last day of June.

Your discount will apply to the immediate transaction following your redemption of Points to rewards cash. You will see confirmation of the offer application and amount on your receipt.
