Italian Beef Meatball Sliders

These irresistible melt-in-your-mouth meatballs bake on a single sheet pan and are served on slider rolls with fresh herbs and your favorite marinara sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/8 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/4 bunch parsley
  • 1/4 bunch basil
  • 1 ounce beef stock
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 8 whole basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Coca-Cola®

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Using hands, mix together beef, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, parsley, basil and stock.
  • Using water, wet hands slightly. Roll meatballs into 2½-ounce balls.
  • On baking sheet, arrange meatballs in single layer 1” apart. Bake 20 minutes.
  • Serve on slider buns with marinara sauce. Garnish with parmesan cheese and basil. Enjoy with an ice-cold Coca-Cola.
