  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 cups Simple Truth™ Unsweetened Almondmilk
  • 4 scoop Simple Truth™ Plant Based Vanilla Flavor Protein Powder
  • 1 date, fresh or frozen, pit removed
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder


  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate leftovers.
