Slow Cooker Green Bean Casserole

Skip the complicated oven scheduling by using your slow cooker to make a big batch of this Thanksgiving must-have side dish.

  • 2 1⁄2 pounds green beans, trimmed
  • 8 oz. Kroger® Sliced White Mushrooms
  • 6 oz. Kroger® French Fried Onions, divided
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) Kroger® Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
  • 1⁄2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper


  • In a 5-quart or large slow cooker, stir together green beans, mushrooms, ¾ cup French fried onions, soup, sour cream, Worchester sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 1½-2 hours or until beans are tender. Stir well and top with remaining French fried onions.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
